Associate Members include Delaware County Emergency Medical Service, Delaware County 911, Emergency Management Agency and representatives of the various State and County Agencies or groups interested in the Fire Service.

retired Delaware County EMS Paramedic Jim Tharp, 62, passed away this morning in his home in Kilbourne from a short, but courageous battle with cancer.
